Australian tour of India 1997/8 squad and schedule

Australia will tour to begin the league.

The tour will feature 5 Tests and 3 First Class warmup games.

The Australian manager has selected the following squad for the tour.

It looks a strong squad, interest being centred around the possible debuts of Darren Lehmann and Stuart MacGill.
Matthew Hayden is recalled to the side after missing the Ashes tour of England in what is a tight battle for the opening position.

Planet Cricket International Cricket League 1997/8

This blog will be dedicated to the Planet Cricket forum's International Cricket League 1997/8 and on.

The blog will feature information and scorecards including photos from the matches played during the league.

The league uses a  dice and charts game called International Cricket to simulate the scores.
I use an excel helper called IC Helper to speed up the process as it takes care of dice rolls and keeping score automatically.

The league will feature all the Test nations from the 1997/8 season and onwards.

Planet Cricket members will manage each of the Test teams and take care of picking squads and teams and coping with changing pitch and weather conditions and injuries.
